Join the Club
All registration is handled through the RFU's GMS system. Select your age group below and you'll be taken straight to the right place to complete your membership.
STEP BY STEP
How To Register - PART A
All players — new and returning — must be registered through the RFU's Game Management System (GMS) before they can play. It only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below which are also applicable to a child's registration.
New Players
â‘ Create a GMS Account
Go to gms.rfu.com and create a free account. If you already have one skip to Step 2.
â‘¡ Add Yourself or Your Child to Your Account
Once logged in go to the Family section of your account. If you're registering yourself, your own name may already be there - otherwise click Add. If you're registering a child, click Add and fill in your child's details and save.
â‘¢ Complete the Registration Form
A notification will appear on your dashboard. Click it, complete the Player Registration form and click Save.
â‘£ Wait for Club Approval
TARFC will review and approve your registration. Once approved your child is an active registered player and ready to play.
⑤ Purchase Membership
Your membership goes directly back into supporting the club.
Returning Players
â‘ Log into GMS
Go to gms.rfu.com and log into your existing account.
â‘¡ Select Your (Or Your Child's) Account
Click on your (or your child's) name in the Family section of your dashboard.
â‘¢ Select Renew Registration
Click Renew Registration, review the details on the form and click Save once complete.
â‘£ Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email. You (or your child) is now registered and ready to play rugby.
⑤ Adding a Child To Your Registration?
If you're registering a child for the first time click Add in the Family section, fill in their details and register them to Torquay Athletic RFC.
â‘¥ Purchase Membership
Your membership goes directly back into supporting the club.
