Joining The Club

Joining Up

All registration is handled through the RFU's GMS system. Go to Join Us page and select your age group - you'll be taken straight to the right place to complete your membership.

Membership fees vary by age group (between seniors and all those 18 years old and younger. Full details are available on the RFU's GMS system when you register. Your first taster is always free.

Not at all. We welcome complete beginners at every age group. Visit our New to Rugby page for everything you need to know before your first session.

Yes - your first session is completely free with no obligation. Just turn up to any training session and introduce yourself to the coaches.

We have teams from Under 7 Minis (School Year 2) all the way through to senior men's, senior women's and social rugby. Visit our Teams page for the full breakdown.

Training

Training

Seniors train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Youth train on Thursday evenings. Minis and juniors train on Sunday mornings. Full address is on our Contact page.

Comfortable sports kit and trainers are fine for a first session. Once you join you'll need rugby boots and a gum shield. We'll point you in the right direction.

No problem — just let your coach know. There's no obligation to attend every session especially when you're starting out.

Absolutely. All our coaches are RFU qualified and experienced in working with players of all abilities. You'll never be thrown in at the deep end.

Yes. All our junior coaches are RFU qualified and follow strict RFU safeguarding and safety guidelines. Contact is introduced gradually and always age appropriately.

Match Days

Match Days

All fixtures and results are on our Fixtures & Results page. Each team links directly to the RFU system for the most up to date information.

Free parking is available at the ground. Visit our Venue Hire page for the interactive ground map showing exactly where to park.

Yes — the clubhouse bar is open on match days. Visiting teams and supporters are always welcome.

Absolutely — match days at TARFC are family friendly. Come down and enjoy the atmosphere.
